Discount was made by people who had the idea of targeting intellectually vulnerable people in mind. The User Experience reflects this in every way, vendors information requires going through 2 menus to be read, usually vendors are random shady Chinese companies who sell junk (or "pastille" in French) and their product descriptions are generally elusive, presented as "points forts". There are still good vendors and products out there, but you need to search carefully and be vigilant.

I want to ask you about my refund and where is it because it's never show up! It's been two weeks!. Also, I can't contact anyone from discount team. The app is bugging and won't let me in (it's always reseting and back to main menu) and why you still charge your client from calling you. 70 cents per minutes (well we already bought products from your platform, and now you charge us as client from calling you).

The worst site I have ever seen. I am member of Discount and have an account in this website. It is extremely difficult to access my proper account. I put my password but it doesn't accept. Even change password is very hard. Discount need to perfection its website otherwise it is a real mad website to access one's account.
