Seems like a great concept for new CDL students only 1 problem... It will not open when downloaded. Please address the bugs like download issues and having the app actually opening in order for patrons to us it

Trying to get in touch with someone is impossible. I tried the email they listed in their APP and it bounced back. It won't let me end the subscription.
