Set up is very easy, and I can set timer at any time on or off I like. Use it 4 years now, no problem at all. I can remotely set it brighter of dimmer easily. Recently just want to reset Wi-Fi password, it takes time to reset.

Found it very useful to monitor sump pump down inside septic tank. It stores a very good record of the amount of power consumed and how often it is runs. It can show if there is a change due to a problem before high liquid level alarm sounds or fails to sound. Recently it showed there was a problem with my pump before opening up septic tank to inspect pump.

Very happy with the easy of use to connect my smart plugs to the app and the customizable options for the timer feature. I only wish there were smaller widget options, so I didn't have to open the app each time I want to turn the plug on and off.

Every year with holiday setup I have to delete product and start completely over because there's no way to update Wi-Fi info and/or just have the outlets remember to connect from last year. Won't be buying anything from this brand again. 4 years and too much time wasted with these.

Terrible. Can't connect the device. It is not worth the time and money. "Smart" is too much for the name of the app and devices. Update: after recent app update all devices just disappeared. Need to re-pair all of them again. Very frustrated to have bought ce smart devices.
