I will be closing my CEFCU ACCOUNT when you call, and you give your information to the same person, and they keep asking over and over for the same information it's ridiculous I was trying to figure out why my ATM card is showing a zero balance and I know there is money in my account so yes I am a little upset I haven't been able to get money for 2 days and I just wanted to know why

I used to be able to do mobile deposits. Some reason I can't anymore. I even have Uninstaller and reinstalled, and it still won't work. I can see my account, but it tells me it can't find an acct for deposit.

Whenever I actually need to check my money there server is never online it seems. It always says "loading" is taking longer then expected. Can you guys make your app accessible at all times like any other banking app? "Edit Still having the same troubles they want me to troubleshoot like it's not an issue on the server side. Invest in good IT will make or break an app, sad to see it's with who I bank with. I wonder how else they cut corners if there are server issues constantly.
