I must be dipping down in my O2 frequently. The ring was vibrating every 15 min, every time I fell asleep. I could not use it, so will have to try a different method of study. Sebastian and Linda were very helpful when I called support. The options on the support line were infuriating. Way too many. Especially in the middle of the night.

I had to call for assistance, and, Pilar was extremely friendly and helpful I would not have been able to do this without her guidance. She made this so easy. The app is terrible. Continually closing out when trying to launch. Woman at sleep center said it's very hit-and-miss with Android devices. Thankfully I was able to get it to work on my wife's iPhone. After completing my sleep study (6+ hours of data) it got stuck on the Processing screen. The app says it can take up to 5 minutes to upload your study. Mine took close to an hour. I was convinced I was going to have to redo it. Give it time, and hopefully it will upload your data.

The app does not show past recordings as stated in the manual. It shows the last recorded time, and it shows complete, in green. However, I saw a 1/2 sec message on my screen once I hit stop recording saying the session was too short. In the manual it says it may have been under two hours. I put it on when I went to sleep and took it off when I got up; just under six hours. The issue is that I was awake for a couple of those hours, so it stopped recording! It's supposed to tell me why I'm up!

Extremely buggy and poorly designed. App recorded one night of data then refused to let me record another, and the only option that it gave me was DELETE THE EXISTING DATA AND USER ACCOUNT. Whoever designed this should be fired.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
