Does not work keeps saying cannot connect to server, disappointing, quick to sell you the product, but you cannot cancel for 3 months, waste of time and money.

Keeps saying mi assist has stopped no matter how many times install and uninstall beginning to think this is a scam catch you for 3-month contract the whole of last week was told the technicians are working on the app. Well what happens if I have an emergency. Canceling tomorrow for sure waste of R45 pm. Pity could be a great app. 😕

It's a con!!! Don't fall for it. Mi Assist is a cruel bunch of crooks that piggyback off the Cell C name... Cell C amalgamated with these crooks to bill you on top of your contract for the rest of your life. You Can't cancel the policy. You CANT get assistance... not even from a Cell C branch... NO ONE can help you. There's a loophole here to seize your money and there's NOTHING you can do to stop it. STAY AWAY!!! NEVER AGREE TO THIS SCAM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
