IF You're NOT GETTING INFORMATION WHEN BATTERY IS CONNECTED TO BLUETOOTH, TURN BATTERY OFF AND BACK ON. App works well and allows you to keep track of input and output. I gave 4 stars, for I think it could have a few more settings. Ie, being able to set the battery out of parking mode, rename battery, automatic connection, restrict charge percent.

New Update Broke my Bluetooth connectivity with my battery pack. Sticking with version 1.14.6 A feature should be added to automatically turn off charging to the battery if it can no longer detect the phone connected to it.

I purchased this for just under $300 because my vehicle was being drained by my parking monitor on my dash cam, hooked this up and the voltage was dropping to 11.4 volts causing my cameras to shut off, so they said it defective opened warranty claim person (Michael) I was dealing with gave me such a hard time trying to get a new one that I had to pay $10 fee, deposit $250 absolutely ridiculous avoid this brand and get so something better! I returned it, Horrible Service! Blackboxmycar💩Do better
