Finds numerous individuals by last name quickly. Unfortunately does not "save cemeter[ies]" or "loved ones" successfully. Many of my family are at St. Mary's in Elyria, not in a dozen others around Northern Ohio.

App won't allow me to sign up. I entered all my information correctly, but it keeps telling me to "Use correct information". It would be helpful for it to tell you what it considers to be wrong. I really don't understand why you have to sign up with personal information other than this app is really just a marketing tool for cemeteries.

I tried signing up, but it would not take my information. Why do I need to set up an account and password just to find a great grandparent or any relative?

Why have an app when you can't sign up? Put everything in the way you are supposed to and then the submit button just remains greyed out. I tried so many times and so many different ways. It seems like it would actually be less frustrating just walking the property looking at every plot one by one for my loved ones. Do better.
