I had a technical issue with the app. It took customer service a while to help me, but they did. It's a fine app and only four stars our of five because of the length of time it took for them to fix the issue after my call.

You have to enter your password manually, this app does not work with password manager apps. This is a terrible design choice, so I will use the website instead.

Updated comment. Update has flaws. History falsely shows auto payments 1 or 2 late when due on weekend. IT ISN'T LATE SINCE YOU ONLY PULL ON BUSINESS DAYS. Reply comment incorrect/misleading. My history shows when payment due on Sunday it is 1 day late and when due on Saturday it is 2 days late. Also appears on the ap as red (e.g. late). In emails with cellar they admit the ap says that but in the payment system all is ok. This is a failure to exercise willingness to ensure accuracy.

For 9/1/2022 payment, the app first requested that I change my password and couldn't move forward. After doing so consistently 3 times (changing my password) I still couldn't go forward with my payment. 3 times, I would get this message, "An error has occurred, please try again later". If somehow though calling the help no., was able to make the payment, although the app hasn't acknowledged it, stating, I'm past due. I am very concerned, and disappointed. I never had this happen. Please advise.
