Description by Sea Warrior Mobile Apps(from Google Play)
An Official U.S. Navy mobile application, produced by MyNavy HR IT Solutions
The Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Toolbox provides on-demand access to selected weapons training courses and the new interactive Master-at-Arms (MA) rate training manual. The app also delivers information that students need to know before reporting to CENSECFOR learning sites.
The CENSECFOR app is useful to Navy applicants, current Sailors, transitioning Sailors, Veterans and civilian users. The updated version offers improved navigation and email interfaces, allowing users to send content and training certificates to themselves, others, and their electronic training jacket (ETJ). The app supports printing if the capability exists on the mobile phone or tablet.
CENSECFOR includes useful information about course prerequisites and locations, emergency resources, an overview of other required training, points of contact for additional CENSECFOR courses, and required gear lists.
Master-at-Arms Rate Training Manual (MA RTM): The MA RTM contains the full spectrum of rating information across the three pillars of force protection: Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Law Enforcement. These are presented in an interactive, searchable format. In addition to the RTM text, users can take chapter knowledge checks to test their command of the material and search for specific topics. Users can generate a certificate of completion after obtaining a passing score on the overall exam.
Training Courses: The seven training courses listed below cover safety, marksmanship, and maintenance and operations, along with weapon-specific technical information. The purpose of the Personal Firearms Safety and Guidelines course is to teach about personal firearms safety, and this training does not include post-tests. -- M16A3/M4A1 Service Rifle Operator course -- M14 Service Rifle Operator course -- M500A1 Service Shotgun Operator course -- M9 Service Pistol Operator course -- M18 Service Pistol Operator course -- M240 Service Machine Gun Operator course -- Personal Firearms Safety and Guidelines

Better than CANT RAC, but be careful TraSup requires high risk screening but
app doesn't reflect that.

If I can even start the app up (Crashes almost every time) I can't even accept the EULA because I'm not presented with an option to do so. Kudos to the NAVY for using this broken app instead of revamping their course on e-learning.

Every time I try to use this app, it closes out the course, specifically only pretest. Then, when you get back on the app, it takes you to the course, like you've failed the pretest. And the courses only download on Wi-Fi.

The M4/M16 Course was hands down my worst training experience in the Navy. This course teaches dangerous information, as well as being an extremely painful user experience keeping the user mad instead of learning what little useful information this soul sucking course offers. This course made me so mad I had to stop, get a pack of oreos and stress eat in order to get my dopamine levels high enough to finish the course and not have ideation. The M4/M16 Course sucks big, salty, peanuts.

Embarrassingly buggy application. Completed an entire course only to suddenly have the app crash and wipe all certifications. Infuriating.
