The app is easy to use. I can quickly see my claims and know if they are for me or my dependent. The activity page also quickly shows me how close me and my family are to our max out-of-pocket.

No Biometric for login means just to open the app I need to do MFA every time. Does not allow the use of the back button within the app, which also means you exit without warning, and then, of course, you need to log in to MFA AGAIN. This is what you get when the company cares more about money than user experience, and since there is no alternative on a phone for this, why should Centavo care how it works. Update: It still doesn't work, worse yet. In an email, they said they don't even offer it.
