Their click&collect is a joke of a system that they need to use common sense to actually fix it, when ordered via the app it clearly states that its in stock at that location but when we came to collect they said that it's being shipped from their distribution center still for 5 days. But you have it in stock here right. Yes they said. So i want to collect it.... you have to cancel the order then pay for this instead they said. How is this a click and collect when I can get it ship me 3 days.

Dishonest company. They use their shipping policy to extort money from customers. A marketplace seller offering free shipping pays for the shipping, but Central makes you pay 70thb for all orders under 699thb. So the customer pays for shipping, the seller pays for shipping and central gets free 70thb that they don't transfer to seller. That's imho calculated theft behavior justified by signed agreements. Very shady business practice. Should make the news. Morally unacceptable.
