Initially (many years ago), the CSCU app was cumbersome and ungainly to use. BUT the app has been streamlined and fine-tuned over the years and is now very easy to use. Everything is easy to find and navigate through. About as straightforward as you can imagine.

New app is Waaayyyy better than the old one. Easy to use, mobile check deposit is great. One issue I have however that you are limited to 6 transfers a month. With people trying to social distance and stay away from others, there should be no limit. Now if the ATMs were like this app where you can access all accounts at the same time that would be the great.

This app royally sucks. I'm getting fed up with it. I deposit checks on mobile app used to clear same day or next day. Now takes few days or more. Half the time I can't even check my balance it's been saying error your banking credentials have been blocked etc. Also have the time it says my passcode is incorrect and when I try to log on so many times it blocks my account. When I know I entered my passcode right. I hate this app and this bank!!
