No access I log in with no problem on the bank's website, but this new app never lets me access my account.

Don't trust this app. I always have to call the bank to see if my deposit was made when I take a picture of my check. Always get an error. GET IT FIX!!! Don't like visiting your inside or drive through. Everyone is not polite or don't care who you are.
