★★★★★ No charge for the app. Wish it didn't have so many glitches. I have been trying to type, and you can't see what you typed.

★★★★★ Center of excellence is a great way to learn at home, with new skills or update your knowledge, or new work skill, with affordable courses. What more could I need. The course I chose was tailored to my time spent on my chosen course, so did not interfere with my job or home life, and helpful staff is just a call away or email. The app is easy to use, and a great selection of courses available, take a look! I promise it is worth it. I love learning now, been with this app over 3 years.

★★☆☆☆ COE is great, but the app is terrible. I open my course, and it is blank, or the wording is all white, like the background. I'm not sure which, but I can not use the app at all. I am stuck using the web version. Save yourself time and space by using the website and not getting the app that does not work nor have settings to adjust light/dark or anything else! Also, it seems this is a known issue as many reviews of the same thing and COE hs done nothing to fix it!

★★☆☆☆ I like the accessibility of learning, however, sections of the text on courses are missing because the module is written in white and placed on a white background.
