★★☆☆☆ Can't log in because of 'incorrect email or password' even though I use the correct ones for both. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' months ago, did not receive any email. Tried again today, still no email.

★★☆☆☆ I use this app to scan for a ride on smart selangor bus, but most time I can't even scan because the camera went dark. There's one time a bus driver scold me for not scanning and when I told him I can't scan he said that I should've told him. That's not a proper way to tell me that because I already reinstalled these apps every day just to ise the scan to ride function.
