How to transfer record/history to new phone?

I've tried to scan using this app multiple times (more than 40x) since Jan 2026, it failed over and over. It still doesn't work till now. I use samsung A325G.

The app require precise location instead of approximate location. Which I think is uneccesarry.

I use samsung s20 and already tried to scan 10x, and it still doesn't work. Tried to uninstall - install, turning on all the lamps, going outside, using Wi-Fi, using sim card internet, holding it steady for 3 minutes with hands, putting the bar on table + using tripod for my hand phone. The app still stuck in "hold your device parallel and aim the mark in the below square" with green outline for more than 3 minutes
