Cyber crimes by crooked cops Numerous cyber crimes are being perpetrated in Arkansas & across boundaries by elements of local, county & state law enforcement. A major player in these crimes is WENDELL LANE of Ash Flat AR Police Dept, as well as many members of Cherokee Village AR Police Dept. Sex crimes & human trafficking may also be involved. Lane is a clinical hypnotherapist who abuses his training to facilitate the commission of crimes. Please fwd this to Federal authorities.

It does what it's supposed to do, scan specifically for the certifigate vulnerability. Please don't post your nonsense about this being an app that gathers your data, it does no such thing.

Looks like I'm in the clear after running app on a Nexus 5 with latest build & security updates [LMY48M]. This was expected given Google is now sending out security updates on a regular basis to Nexus devices. As some have stated, should it come up with a 'vulnerable' warning, there is no information informing the user which system apps you should remove or what action to take. In all fairness this app is only a tool to determine whether the device is vulnerable. Those that are can only hope that a patch is forthcoming from either the device's vendor, network carrier or Google [in the case of Nexus devices]. According to Google, the issue detailed by Check Point pertains to customisations OEMs make to Android devices and will only be fixed when they provide security updates which resolve the issue. In addition Google states that Nexus devices are not affected and no attempts to exploit this bug have been seen.

Update improves nothing The description of the latest update says that they have added more information about remediation steps. However, I see no significant difference. The app still provides no specific remediation info (vulnerable apps, for instance). Still scareware. Don't waste your time.

This application is basically clickbait. It promises to tell you whether you are vulnerable or not, and what applications need to be removed, but it only tells you whether you are vulnerable or not. If you want more information, then it requests your personal information, full name, phone, e-mail, and organization that you work for and more than likely sends all of the applications installed on your device over to Check Point. Security and privacy go hand and hand, and you would think a security company would understand that.

Checkpoint's marketing grab This app tells you you're vulnerable, but doesn't tell you what said are making you vulnerable. Then it says to fill in your information for a full report. I thought it would tell me what was vulnerable in my system. It just added me to their marketing database. Don't bother.
