Unfortunately, I'm leaving a 1-star review. Besides wiping out people's workouts with new updates, the app has remained unchanged for years. I'm still uncertain about its security. Why include non-functional features when essential ones like Team Training don't work or direct users to other websites, requiring new credentials? It's just impractical. It's easier to photograph the barcode and scan it on my phone. Overall, it's truly useless.

App login will not work & no tech support for months. I cannot log in on iPhone or android phone, says password incorrect even though I can log in on laptop (so I know the correct password). When I select forgot password, it says email not on file even though I get a points update email everything I scan in. If select to register it says email already in use. I have asked for help through website and in gym on multiple occasions over the last 10 months and never any conclusion.

So when you set up your account, you must put in a birthday, and scroll backwards monthly through 59 years. Could not directly enter the birthdate stupid stupid stupid. I gave up.
