Don't buy any product. I purchased a fan, and it stopped working within a month. They have very bad customer service. Not responding complaint on toll-free as well on email. Their service team not responding even if complaint registered. I already claimed 2 times my warranty in 2 months. They don't replace defected product, too. Very poor service.

Very poor after sales service. No one can take responsibility to give service to end customer, I have sent before 7 month for replacement still date they cannot send me above my replacement pumps
