I am trying to purchase a package for a month, but I am unable to purchase because wherever I press on package and then the app asks me to go to the bank app to verify the purchase. So when I do that and come back to 3plus, it doesn't start from where I minimized it. It starts from scratch. That's why I am unable to buy any package. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
