There's a staff named Aliya, I think, when I go to the Kuching taman Shabbat branch, I had a problem with my payment, and when I came up to her for help, she was very helpful, cheerful and sweet, her explanation was very easy to understand, turns out the problem was my own bank 🤭 great service for sure, will repeat order again next time! <3

The app logged me out for no reason, now I can't log in again because I'm unable to receive the SMS code. Tried many times requesting resend SMS code to no avail. Since there's no other way to verify and login, try NOT locking users out of the app!!

Poorly designed app which kept logging me out for no reason. Since yesterday, I was not able to log in since there was no SMS code received after trying more than 10 times. Today even worse, I totally cannot reach the OTP entry page. I guess no more Chagee orders from me until they fix the bugs in the App.

Cannot order without binding with Phone number, and when try to register there is no OTP send to you.
