What an amazing app, easy to navigate and get my tea fix! Food was delicious also. Can't wait to try again

Food was delicious. We were served by Norman who was very welcoming and helpful at answering questions about the food. He was very pleasant and served with a smile. The food was served promptly and was just as described.

Last weekend, I visited Chaiiwala, a popular Asian restaurant located on Welling borough Road in Northampton. The ambiance of the restaurant was incredibly nostalgic, evoking a sense of warmth and familiarity. I ordered the Karak Chai and the Chicken Tikki Bombay Bowl, both of which were delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were attentive and courteous, with Mr. Umar standing out for his exceptional customer service. I highly recommend visiting this place.

The app never works when I go to Chaiwala, so I am unable to earn rewards for my orders

The website says you will get a free tea if you register and download the app. But upon doing that the store manager says you have to order at least £10 to get that which the website doesn't say anything about.

Terrible App. No location prompts or GPS, so easy to order in the wrong restaurant. Staff then blame you and refuse to replace the meal. Today, I ordered from the table in a different branch in Liverpool. My receipt clearly says on that I ordered from table 10, but they made it to go and did announce it. Checked and they had it in a bag. Not happy. If you order in the restaurant don't use the app. Very unreliable!
