Unable to upload photos using the app. Essentially useless right now from a sellers' standpoint.

This is a terrible app. Very shady, I sold an item on their website and payment to me failed from them on their end, I have reached out to the company multiple times with no success. I have asked Cherish to reissue payment to PayPal and PayPal asked them to do the same and nothing. Very shady when listing, seems like the only thing that sells is the stuff you put at their price or if you upgrade to their seller package that they charge for.

There's no support chat. Then it takes days to get an item approved to sell. I suggest you have a 24.7 chat line with real people available to help your sellers. And customers.

Not great. On my old iphone this app was always slow to load pics for creating new listings. On my new galaxy ultra 23, it's worse, doesn't let a group of selected photos be uploaded, despite saying it had saved them. Also, it won't let images be deleted once uploaded, in the case one you selected is the wrong one. Super frustrating. Maybe it's designed for buyers vs sellers, but one does not exist w/o the other. Also, it does not work to share pink book, AT ALL.

Only use this if you're shopping, not for listing. Not only did it take extremely long for them to even enable seller tools on mobile (meanwhile I hear that you've been able to use em for a while on Apple devices), but it barely even works as well! It takes 10 years to upload pictures, which you can't see the progress until it's done (the pictures refresh when it finishes), but if you save before it finishes well guess what, now you gotta re-upload all those images!
