The app is informative and useful. However, I had a disappointing experience with customer support. I had inquired about a package and due to price I clearly said I wasn't interested at the moment and would contact you if I decided to purchase it later. Just before the call ended, the representative made an inappropriate and disrespectful remark. Please ensure your customer support team communicates professionally and respectfully with every customer even if they choose not to buy a package.
