At first the challenges were too easy, and I would just go back to sleep. But you can change the setting to make it harder. After sitting there for 3 minutes doing a challenge to wake up, I find it hard to go back to sleep. Its done wonders for keeping me up in the morning. Anyone addicted to sleeping in needs this app. And it's free!

If you have difficulty b/c you sleep through your alarm or hit snooze on too many times, this app helped me...and could possibly help you, too. It runs great on its own without having to buy the upgrade, and it is easy to navigate, so you can configure the alarm in whatever way that helps you wake up and stay awake. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the platform does not offer widgets which I would like to be able to view my alarms easily. But, this is all just my opinion.

"I purchased the Lifetime Premium subscription, but I couldn't find any meaningful additional features compared to the free version. The app description makes it seem like there are many premium benefits, but the differences are unclear. Please clearly explain what Premium unlocks. I feel disappointed with the purchase."

Shows a cookies pop-up that you cannot decline all, and lists over 100 vendors you have to decline individually. When you do that, it restarts the flow and doesn't let you decline. They sell you personal data 100%. Reported googling for breaking gdpr law.

It's a good app. I turned off the check is awake and snoozes. However, today after completing the task the check is awake continued every 5 mins for almost 2 hours. I had turned off the alarm, but it continued until I uninstalled the app.
