This app still needs so much work. It is basically useless. You still have to go to the website for most things including weekly schedule changes. Updates and photos throughout the day work only sometimes. I can only message our program director and not my child's teacher. Should NOT have rolled this app out when you did, still so many bugs. Also do not understand why some of the most simple bugs haven't been fixed? This is not a revolutionary app format. I should be quite simple.

App is horrible! Unenrolled my son from the after school program and sent me to collections even though my bank account clearly shows payments have been taken out every time, on time! Password reset doesn't work and I can't access my account

Fraudulent stuff. The website is not user-friendly. I still cannot get in the app. The password help option definitely was no help either. It never sends a code to my email. When I think I understand the schedule process, this app shows me im wrong. When I change the days, it seems to be charging me more because why am I unable to unclick the days for the week of spring break March 9- March 13 as its required to have at least one day clicked. My kids aren't in school for spring break. 🤬
