I have used the website since 2018 without issue until you upgraded in spring 2026. The information for myself, spouse and contacts were scrambled. Enrolling for fall was failing every time that I had to call the 800 number. Logging in via web or app fails and have had to reset my password several times even when I have written down. I would delete this app and never use it again if I could.

App is horrible! Unenrolled my son from the after school program and sent me to collections even though my bank account clearly shows payments have been taken out every time, on time! Password reset doesn't work and I can't access my account

Fraudulent stuff. The website is not user-friendly. I still cannot get in the app. The password help option definitely was no help either. It never sends a code to my email. When I think I understand the schedule process, this app shows me im wrong. When I change the days, it seems to be charging me more because why am I unable to unclick the days for the week of spring break March 9- March 13 as its required to have at least one day clicked. My kids aren't in school for spring break. 🤬
