The best customer service by far, every problem has gotten solved really fast. App is really easy to use even for complete beginners. The registration with verification took only 5 minutes! (In Binance it took hours) The only thing is I would personally like to see cryptostaking and more cryptos.

YOUR MONEY IS IN THEIR CONTROL Change invest added a "passive account fee" where they charge 20eur every month if your account is labeled as inactive. They do NOT alarm you that you will be charged a fee if you don't trade, nor are there any emails that this fee was billed to me. It was taken out of my account They pretend to say that "we informed you multiple times of the change of terms". However, when I check on my emails they only mention these new terms as "update to our fees"

They added a new passive account rule, they just sent email that they updated terms of use, but who reads them, right? They didn't mention there would be €20 fee each month if you do not use account, they didn't send any warning that they would sell my crypto and take money if I wouldn't be active. I logged in and suddenly I have 0 balance. Why you just didn't return money to my credit card and closed my account due to inactivity? This is illegal what you do and a total scam.
