About Ashoka Innovators for the Public (India):
For over four decades, Ashoka has pioneered the field of social entrepreneurship, identifying and supporting over 400 leading Fellows in India who are driving systemic change across education, health, livelihoods, and civic engagement. About Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF):
Connecting Dreams Foundation is a grassroots leadership development organization building changemakers who address community-level Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through its 3C Model of Changemaking and 5C Model of Leadership Development, CDF enables individuals and youth to move from ideas to action, fostering inclusive, community-driven innovation. Over the past decade, CDF has positively impacted over 2.7 million lives across 746 communities, connecting local challenges to global opportunities.
