Internal links don't work (the "What to do in case of a problem" PDF redirects to a local path that's completely inaccessible), navigation to the reimbursement form is anything but intuitive, and you end up having to go through the website to do what the app is supposed to handle. You genuinely get the feeling that the UX is designed to discourage claims rather than make them easier. For an insurance product where reimbursement is the entire point, that's a serious issue

Crooks !! We had to spend 5 days in Hanoi hospital, and they told us everything was OK, and they were going to pay for us the €3000. But eventually they did nothing so the nurse asked my gf for the pavement. When we called us, their excuse was "we need the flight booking to prove you left your country because blablabla. We left France 5 month ago, and we deleted that a long time ago...it is written nowhere that you have to keep your flights. Just an excuse not to pay, like all insurances. Farewell
