The app’s calling feature is broken on both iOS and Android. As a mobile app developer, I can confirm this is a major bug. I was stranded in Asia with no way to contact assistance during an emergency. It’s scandalous to pay for insurance that fails when you’re in a life-threatening situation. Don't trust them; choose another provider that actually fulfills their contract. Edit: the issue occurred not only in Singapore as written in their reply but also in the Philippines.

Crooks !! We had to spend 5 days in Hanoi hospital, and they told us everything was OK, and they were going to pay for us the €3000. But eventually they did nothing so the nurse asked my gf for the pavement. When we called us, their excuse was "we need the flight booking to prove you left your country because blablabla. We left France 5 month ago, and we deleted that a long time ago...it is written nowhere that you have to keep your flights. Just an excuse not to pay, like all insurances. Farewell
