Love the story line but you struggle to get diamonds

I like the story I started on however like the others have said it gets costly. I maybe got a 1/4 of the way into a story, ran out of gems. Well I could see where this was going, so I didn't spend my hard-earned money and deleted the app. As far as missing the ending.... I made up my own since I could figure it out easily. Don't bother leaving your generic response, even though I figure you will

Pay to play game, and you definitely have to spend to actually play this game for more than 10 mins otherwise you have to wait 24hrs for your daily login coins and diamonds even the diamonds friends send you are limited. Also diamond quantities lower over time. I used to be able to buy the treasure chests I filled through out the game $4.99 for 300 diamonds now it's $4.99 for 120 diamonds a complete rip-off. Once I finish the monthly subscription I probably will delete this game not worth to invest.
