I was pleasantly surprised by how well-designed chargeable is. The app helped me locate charging stations for renting portable power banks easily. The app’s map feature made it so easy to find stations near me or in a specific city. The detailed information provided about each station was also very helpful in deciding which station to use. I also appreciated the rental history feature, which helped me keep track of my usage and expenses.

The charger was decent, but I returned the charger and was still charged $40.00 for supposedly not returning it. Customer service is super slow. This deserves 0 stars, and is potentially a scam

$2 for 30 min and all of 5% charge. Get real. Ok it was a faulty battery initially, and I commend the cs speed and ability to rectify the situation. $2/30 min with the new battery got me all of 13% with my phone screen off nearly the entire time. I guess use if you're desperate like I was but don't expect a full battery by the end of a hockey period. I'd rather use the lockbox style charging stations as I get a near full charge for the exact same price.

I wanted the battery pack because my phone was about to die, so I wasn't pleased about having to use my phone to get the pack. False advertising as well, all the kiosk says up front is that it's $2/30 minutes without telling you there's a $10 preauthorization. People stealing the pack isn't an excuse because the only way to charge it is through the kiosk.
