I shouldn't have to sign up for an account to use a charging app

At the first all works fine but only for 2 mouths, then lots problems started. The Wi-Fi stops working. The charging starts by plug only even though the plug&charge wasn't set (so anyone can use your charger). The chip stops working. Stops records charging. Tried to uninstall, clear data and cache and nothing helps. No response from support, so there is no support.
