Program or control him in a simple and fun way through the App. Use the gestures of your hand to play with Charlie through his ‘Smart control’ and gyroscope mode. Test your knowledge of space, with a fantastic ‘Spacepedia’ (space encyclopaedia) and over 300 questions included in its two game modes. Features of the Charlie- The Astronaut App. Through the main menu you can activate the following functions:
1.Control from the App: • Activate the gesture control. • Gyroscope control. Direct Charlie by moving your device. • Activate its led lights, robotic sounds and spatial music, or use the demo mode. • Direct Charlie in 4 different directions (left, right, forward or backward) and two movement modes (walk and slide).
2.Programming mode. Up to 200 programmable actions. Code and send the sequences of actions that Charlie must perform visually using the scratch system.
3.Discover all the secrets of the universe with the space encyclopedia "Spacepedia" that the app incorporates. Explore the space, planets, galaxies and become an expert.
4.Test your knowledge with Space Quiz. Two game modes to put what you have learned into practice. •Countdown: answer as many questions as possible in two minutes. Select the correct answer. •To the limit: You have 3 lives to beat your own records. Select the correct answer or you will lose a life.

Great app, has tons of content for this kind of purchase. Have in mind that you need to turn on both Bluetooth and Location Services to connect it to the toy. Works flawlessly.

4 stars because It took me some time to resolve the connection issue. Both BLUETOOTH and LOCATION must be active to be able to connect the robot to the app. The app is good.

Works. Almost didn't even try the app after reading the reviews, but I did, and can report that it works perfectly (at least for me) and it's actually incredibly cool! My son loves it.

This app closes due to a bug and doesn't connect. The toy is essentially a hunk of junk. It's never worked.

The astronaut does not connect to the app (despite my phone successfully connecting to the robots Bluetooth). So we cannot program or control the astronaut.

I'm able to pair with the robot, but when I try to actually connect through the app I get an error, "the device cannot be searched". I've tried different devices ranging in age from the OG Nexus 7 up through One Plus 9 pro.
