I thought this product would be cool to have. And I was right. The product itself looks nice and has a smooth plastic shell. Once the batteries are in and the app is downloaded, it's basically ready to use. Love this selfie tracker...using the app is easy and it follows you smoothly. I also love that when I don’t use it as a selfie tracker I can use it to hold my phone to watch TV shows. It can adjust to any size phone and can be either horizontally or vertically. Oh and what I loved most

I purchased this for my 12 year daughter. She was able to take it from the box to the production stage all by herself! She installed the app and started making her videos. She was able to dance around and the device followed her moves. This device has provided hours of fun for the kids and allows them to be very creative.

Bluetooth doesn't work. I cannot connect my phone to the device which makes the device simply useless.

Detects face but rotates phone back and forth. It won't lock in. Oddly enough if you cover your eyes it does lock in and follow. Doesn't follow any objects, it just assigned ID numbers. Returning device to store.

This thing is pretty terrible. I cannot get object tracking to work while recording a video and it's completely awful at tracking in any app but the chase app. Loses you constantly. Looks like a fun toy but it's just cheap junk.

Awful app for awful product If you brought this thing, do not open/put it back in the box and return it. Does not work. It moves, which will make you think it's properly tracking you, but it is not reliable *at all* it decides when it wants to work. Get a tripod and a remote shutter and save yourself some headache.
