Inshallah, I’m very impressed with Chase Value. The product variety is excellent, the quality is very good, and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff is also very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. I would just like to highlight one concern regarding the parking outside the Chase Value branch on Rashid Min has Road, across from Aladin Park, near Gulistan-e-Johar, Shanti Nagar, Karachi. The way parking charges are collected there is quite unpleasant and causes inconvenience to customers.

They are literally roaming around the mall asking everyone to install the app, claiming that it will offer discounts. In reality, there is no actual discount; the app only gives 10 points for every Rs 1,000 spent (which is nothing). Calling this a “discount” is quite misleading.

Totally pathetic—this appears to be nothing more than a marketing strategy. Last week, I visited the Chase Value Center near Aladin Park and purchased products worth approximately PKR 8,000. Throughout my shopping, one of the staff members continuously followed and monitored me, making me feel as though I was being treated like a thief. It was an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating experience. To make matters worse, when I paid in cash, the cashier asked whether I had the Chase App. I handed
