You can uninstall it by following these steps: uncheck prevent uninstall in the app Go to settings>security>device administrator > uncheck the app from the list Go to settings>apps>chats apps Locker> click on uninstall. With great difficulty, I am finally able to uninstall the app from my phone. It was heating up my phone like hell.
