What the heck did you do to this app? Used to be able to use it to keep track of tickets and get information specific to the user accounts, but now those features are no-where to be found! Sorta makes this app useless... Uninstalling...

Horrible compared to the iOS App If you are going to release an equivalent to the iOS App, I would expect feature parity at the start. This is a horrible-broken implementation compared to the iOS version.

Unable to view service requests... The app works fine for reviewing alerts quickly but doesn't display service requests even when you enter the SR #. That WOULD be the most useful part of the app for me if it worked.

App menus don't work Doesn't matter which screen I use, the menus don't scroll. If I add SRs to my favorite, I can't go backwards or forwards in each screen. After adding a favorite, I have to close and reopen the app to get back to the main menu. Fix it!!
