Checkback: Class Action Claims

Find the class action settlements, refund programs and recall payouts you may be owed — all in one place, updated every week.

THIS APP IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APP. BoonWiz is a private publisher. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FTC, the CFPB, the CPSC, any other government agency, or any settlement administrator. We organise information those bodies publish; we do not act for them.

Every settlement claim, data breach compensation program and rebate we can verify, with the deadline, the payout estimate and the official link. Free to check. Free to file. Always.

Am I owed money? Most people never find out. When a claim form is required, only a small share of the people entitled to money ever file — usually because nobody told them the program existed, or the deadline passed before they heard.

COMPLETE LIST OF OUR SOURCES

The app draws on seven sources and no others. Every card names which one it came from and links straight to that page.

Government agencies:
1. Federal Trade Commission, refund programs — https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/refunds
2. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, payments to harmed consumers — https://www.consumerfinance.gov/enforcement/payments-harmed-consumers/payments-by-case/
3. Consumer Product Safety Commission, recalls — https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls

Court-appointed settlement administrators:
4. JND Legal Administration — https://www.jndla.com/cases
5. Verita Global, formerly KCC and Gilardi — https://veritaglobal.com
6. Epiq — https://www.epiqglobal.com
7. Kroll Settlement Administration — https://www.kroll.com

That is the complete list. We use no other sources, we hold no information these seven do not publish, and we have no relationship with any of them.

WHAT YOU GET

• One feed for every kind of payout — refund programs, class action settlements, data breach payouts, product recall refunds and rebates.
• A 60-second eligibility check on every item. Your answers stay on your phone.
• The deadline, front and centre, with a countdown. Expired programs are archived automatically the same day.
• The official claim link — the government agency or the court-appointed administrator, never a middleman.
• A tracker that follows what you filed to payday, with reminders a week and a day before each deadline.
• Alerts when a new program matches your state or a company you have used.

HOW WE MAKE MONEY

Ads. That is it. There is no subscription, and there never will be. You can browse every headline, amount and deadline for free. Watching one short ad unlocks an item's full details, or a single one-time purchase removes ads entirely.

WE NEVER TOUCH YOUR CLAIM

We do not file for you. We do not want your Social Security number, your bank details or your claim forms — and we never ask for them. Every claim link opens the official site in your own browser, where filing is always free. That is how you know it is legitimate.

A real refund never requires a payment. If anyone asks you to pay a fee, buy a gift card or send crypto to release a payout, it is a scam. The app has a whole screen about this.

ACCURACY IS THE PRODUCT

Every card shows when we last checked it against its source. Programs past their deadline leave the feed the same day. Every card has a report button, and data complaints get fixed the day they arrive.

No account needed. Nothing to sign up for.
