Same thing has happened to me as for other reviewers. First the app started to "refresh" my data with a loading screen. It went to 100%, but froze after that and had to force close the app. Then it refused to open. I decided to update to the latest version and now all of my recurring transfers have been duplicated many times over. My balance is -33k now. Trying to restore my data, it says my account may have been deleted. I lost almost 10 years worth of data. This app is not worth it anymore

The recent update has a huge bug I've basically lost all data as it's duplicated a bunch of transactions. I've message support many times with no response. I've been a lifetime member for over 6 years. So incredibly frustrating

I have used this app for so many years at this point, I bought the lifetime premium all those years ago, and it was working fine but now that I'm switching phones again it won't transfer my data to the new phone. I have emailed support twice on 2 different topics, and I have yet to get a response I really don't want to lose all these years of transactions
