Checker's the only Cab company that I call nowadays. For the most part they're reliable, courteous, and professional. But one thing that really stands out with Checker is their sense of fair play and doing what's right. One of their drivers tried stealing a laptop off of me; actually drove off with it and then stymied any of my attempts to get it back. I put in a complaint against the driver and one of the higher-ups at checkers made sure the driver returned my property.

The app continues to tell the driver to go to the wrong side on the street. I should not be inconvenienced and have to cross the street to get into the cab. If I was a person who had mobility issues, that would be a very big deal. In my city, the odd number buildings are on the south side of the street therefore your app should direct your drivers to go to that side of the street.

App didn't want to let me log on, only sign up. Then during signup I could not use my email address (makes sense) but I had to invent a new email address to call a cab. The login flow needs to be much easier/possible to engage.

I placed a scheduled call for a cab for a trip early the next day to the airport. Double-checked everything thing was set. When I checked again as I was waiting for my cab, it said I had no scheduled pickup. I could have missed my flight but luckily there was a cab nearby. The taxi driver said that many customers and can drivers are complaining about this new system. A word to the wise, don't trust this app.
