Honestly I'm starting to hate this game now, why almost every time I loose when my opponent times out?.. This issue has been going on for months now, just making me loose unnecessarily.

"The opponent always knows when they are about to lose because they only have 2 pieces left while the second player has 3. The player with more pieces can eventually win piece by piece. However, the losing opponent just keeps running around or makes quick moves and continuously spams draw requests. Even though it might take a minute or two to trap and corner them because there is plenty of space left on the board, their defeat is fully confirmed.
