Great when offers ARE available. Sadly I'm finding more and more these days that offers are not available in the stores listed and despite efforts to discuss this with Checkoutsmart I am not assured. Even when I've taken the trouble to report it when shops tell me they don't stock the item, it remains advertised as being available at that branch.

Having used the app for some years it was quite a shock to be accused of breaking their rules when I submitted a genuine receipt for an item I legitimately purchased understand a lot of other people have experienced the same issue.

Good concept, limited offers. Products are recycled for months at a time with very few new promotions each week, if at all. A lot of the products aren't stocked at the supermarkets, unless you shop at the mega size ones. Also, not great that you need £20 of savings before you can cash out without being charged a fee. With the same offers week on week, month on month, getting up to £20 of savings takes a long time and the purpose of these apps is to get money back immediately, not months later.
