Pathetic experience! Wanted to cancel the order, but the process was tiresome. I called them a dozen of times for refund and all they said was wait and wait. Amount not refunded even after 24 hours. I liked their pizza and decided to order it online, but for reasons I had to cancel it immediately. I am disappointed with the cancellation process. I am trying to reach them on call, but their phone is switched off. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
