Level 285 1 is impossible to complete even with boosters. Please fix. I like the game but making the levels impossible is just ridiculous

Trying to play the game. Have started it over several times. I have even Uninstalled it and downloaded it again, and it gets me to the chefs welcome gift and doesn't get past the please wait. Seems like a good game bit no sense in having it if I can't play it.
