Great view of what's happening. You are able to do what you want on the fly. Great for mobility and keeping in touch with what's happening at the office.

Incredibly limited and very unstable. Crashes very frequently, and unable to interact with open requests. Cannot take ownership of unassigned tickets.

An incomplete mess just like the desktop client. It finds the server, but if you are using SAML you won't be able to login so you are out of luck. Seems like everything from Cherwell was built for Windows 95 and only updated for compatibility with newer OSes. If I am to assume this is the same quality as the desktop client, nothing will be intuitive, there will be numerous unnecessary features taking up screen space and making menus 1000x longer and it will crash often. Alas, I'm not even able to get into the mobile app.
