Description
This course is an interactive tutorial for those unexperienced players, both children and adults, who have already learnt the rules of chess and now wish to become players of intermediate strength. This course covers a wide range of opening, middlegame and endgame subjects. It starts off by teaching you how to checkmate the lone king and proceeds to more advanced topics, such as utilizing a material or positional advantage. This program includes 55 lessons with more than 1200 instructive examples and exercises. This course turns a beginner into an intermediate player!
This course is in the series Chess King Learn (https://learn.chessking.com/), which is an unprecedented chess teaching method. In the series are included courses in tactics, strategy, openings, middlegame, and endgame, split by levels from beginners to experienced players, and even professional players.
With the help of this course, you can improve your chess knowledge, learn new tactical tricks and combinations, and consolidate the acquired knowledge into practice.
The program acts as a coach who gives tasks to solve and helps to solve them if you get stuck. It will give you hints, explanations and show you even striking refutation of the mistakes you might make.
The program also contains a theoretical section, which explains the methods of the game in a certain stage of the game, based on actual examples. As a beginner I find the app very helpful. I'm now seeing opportunities and risks much more readily.

Amazing app. However, it is more like a coach that tells you what skills you need to develop. It covers 3 major areas of chess. 1. Tactics and analysis/ calculation. 2. Strategy/ planning/ what to aim for in 3 game phases.3. Specific endgame knowledge needed under 1800. I couldn't answer some questions at many points, I found the books that answered. They were winning chess endgames, winning chess strategies both by Sarawak and forcing chess moves/ think like a grand master for calculation.

Honest to goodness if you have very good tactical ability by doing a lot of mate in 2 puzzles and tactics puzzles plus your rating is around 1100 online, this course is for you. It really is a mini "Fundamentals of Chess" ala Capablanca style. Brought me to 1400 online

It makes sense to do this course if your tactical vision, safety (not hanging pieces or losing pieces to simple tactics) and thought process is good. I would pair this with chess tactics for beginners(assuming you finished elementary tactics well and can spot the answers within 5 sec.) Do not do this course if you are not a safe player, making blunders and hanging pieces every time. No amount of material here will help someone who hasn't grasped safety or "is my move safe?"

I have my king two rooks one is going to die but the other can kill it, but it says the knight can kill my other rook. IDK it's a little hard for the knight to kill if its dead

Non-Functioning Collection of chess materials. The program does not work. To contact the support is impossible. You could save your money and buy something else.
