Doesn't let me even create account. Keeps on saying invalid name. I use their suggested name. Even then it doesn't work

Too much sandbagging from extremely high rated players. They lose to get a lower score to demolish the lower players. Tighten the scoring up.

Game is very good. But right now I'm in the middle of a game where I can't do a certain move. The move is not illegal but no matter what I can't make this move. The frustration is doing my head in. I've had it happen before but logging out stops it. This time logging out is doing nothing. Really xxxix me off!!
