Recent changes: We have incorporated a local chess engine into this version. This allows you to: - receive hints in 2-player mode - play against the engine locally (without an internet connection). We have limited the engine so that you have a chance of winning. - simply set up a position in “Free Analysis Mode” and change it freely. The engine immediately calculates the best sequence of moves and evaluates the position. This works similarly to the old “TASC R30/40 chess computer.”

I also played my first game and I liked it really much. I wonder if it is possible somehow to play a game with someone I know? If this is not possible I would like to request this option. It would be nice to past an invitation url or make some invitation url yourself, from in the app Chess Link, and share it with someone you want to play with. I can see some symbol in the app that looks like the symbol in Lichens to copy an url to send it to somebody. But I don't know what this button does in the Chess Link app.

I love this app! Would like the ability to see the games in que from the app similar to the website, and the ability to play against a friend when starting the 1st game using the Millennium Exclusive. Playing against a friend can be done through the website with the Millennium after you've established an initial game through the app, but this is a bit of hassle. I'll give it 5 stars once we get more options assuming they are coming. Very happy with this app so far!

I am unable to link my eone board to the app even after calibration. So exasperated when I bought eone board think it will be an easy startup. The Bluetooth doesn't detect even with turn on exact location. Tried with android phones, not 1 but 3 phones and an ipad but doesn't work!

Bought Millennium eOne chess board to play via this app on lichens. Nope. Connects to BLE, disconnects, reconnects, disconnects. Constantly, every few seconds, even with the mobile sat next to the board. The board is unusable without this connection. Never again will I buy a Millennium chess board because the app is not fit for purpose.
