It's helpful...sorta. It gives accurate tracking times about 2/3rds of the time, however the app itself can be very frustrating to navigate. There are many issues with the app, however to keep with the character limit, the most glaring one to me is the app's tendency to just not show times. Sometimes, the process of selecting the bus, selecting the route, and selecting your stop will only present you with an indefinite loading screen with no solution but to close the app and try again.
